7-day no-questions-asked guarantee

If you subscribe to the Pro or Elite plan and decide Banking Prep AI is not for you, we refund 100% of what you paid — no questions asked — as long as the request is made within 7 calendar days after the first charge.

How to request

1. Email support@bankingprepai.com with subject "Refund".
2. Include your account email and subscription date.
3. The refund is processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

What is not covered

• One-off Mock Credits (Starter, Standard, Power packs) — consumable credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Automatic renewals after the 7-day window of the first charge.
• Requests made more than 7 days after the initial subscription.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Subscription page. Access remains active until the end of the paid cycle and no new charge is made.
