    1. Data controller

    Banking Prep AI is the controller of personal data collected through this platform.

    2. Data we collect

    Name, email, study preferences (focus area, target bank, language), answer history, mock interview transcripts and (when you opt in to voice mode) short audio recordings, and progress analytics. Payment data is processed by Stripe and we do not store full card numbers. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data as part of the standard onboarding flow.

    3. Purposes

    Personalize your interview prep experience, generate AI feedback, show progress analytics, improve our models, and meet legal obligations.

    4. Legal basis

    Performance of contract, legitimate interest, and consent where applicable.

    5. Your rights

    You can access, correct, export, port or delete your data anytime in Settings or by contacting support@bankingprepai.com.

    6. Retention

    We retain your data while your account is active. After a deletion request, we aim to process removal within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.

    7. Sharing

    We do not sell data. We share only with essential processors (hosting, authentication, AI providers) under data protection agreements.
